Stateroom attendant

Every stateroom comes with a dedicated stateroom attendant who takes pride in ensuring that during your stay with us you'll want for nothing. Tidy and clean your stateroom several times a day, Provide fresh towels daily, Top-up the minibar and bring fresh ice and water, Provide a laundry service, Assist with packing and unpacking.

Personal Butler in Suites

Each suite comes with a Personal Butler service, 24-hours a day. There to indulge every need, this person is assigned to a guest’s suite throughout their cruise and becomes a familiar and valued friendly face. Bring breakfast, lunch and dinner Deliver a daily newspaper Serve afternoon tea Bring daily canapés at 4pm Serve complimentary espressos and cappuccinos.

What the price does include

All prices quoted are per person based on two people sharing.
Some elements of the holiday will vary by itinerary.

Generally fly/cruise prices include the following where applicable: Full board accommodation.
Entertainment on board ship.

Return international and connecting regional flights from selected UK airports.
UK departure tax.

Port, hotel & airport transfers, as stated in the itinerary.

Hotel accommodation as stated in the itinerary (room only basis unless otherwise stated).
Representatives at London Heathrow, Gatwick & Manchester and at most overseas arrival airports on standard departure dates.

Baggage handling subject to availability and relevant taxes.

What does the price NOT include

Unless otherwise agreed, the price does not include:    Non UK departure taxes or airport improvement tax (on some itineraries this will have to paid locally).
   Shore excursions.
   Personal expenses (eg, on-board drinks, laundry charges, health and beauty treatments, hairdressing, telephone calls).
   Hotel meals onshore (unless otherwise stated).
   Transfers on a cruise-only package.
   Travel insurance.
   Service charges.
   Tips and gratuities on board or ashore.
   Anything else which is not specifically mentioned in the purchase price.

Fine Dining

The quality and content of our menus are world class. Each dish is prepared to exact standards and everything is made fresh using only the finest ingredients, whether it's an elegant six-course gourmet meal or a simple late night snack.

Main restaurant

Enjoy first class cuisine with first class views. These two-tiered restaurants feature floor-to-ceiling windows and ocean views. Service is European-style and attentive, but never obtrusive.

Speciality restaurants

Available onboard Millennium Class ships and Century. The speciality restaurants provide guests with a new experience in dining in which the cuisine is presented and finished tableside. These restaurants all have a unique ambience with original features from classic liners and also accommodate a dine-in wine cellar and a viewing kitchen.

Casual Dining

Guests may choose from many enticing dining options, throughout the day and night in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. New culinary choices offered daily include Sushi bar (featured on Millennium Class ships and Century) Delicious healthy spa items.

Theme lunch buffets, including Italian, Oriental & BBQ.
Gourmet bites, with individual carving stations, 24-hour room service, Complimentary room service includes continental breakfast, sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts.

Dining Attire

The number of casual, informal and formal nights on the cruise will vary by cruise duration. As a guide on a standard 7 night cruise there are 3 casual, 2 informal and 2 formal nights. There will be a maximum of 3 formal nights on cruises of longer duration.

For evening wear allow for:
   Casual – trousers and top or skirt and blouse for women; or sports shirt and trousers for men
   Informal – dress or trouser suit for women; jacket and shirt are requested for men
   Formal – cocktail or evening dress for women; suit and tie or tuxedo for men

As much or as little as you like. With the range of activities we have on offer, guests can relax by the pool or get involved as much as suits their mood. Activities start at 8:00am and continue beyond midnight, and cover a diversity of interests.

During the evenings there is a vast array of choice! Every taste is catered for. Whether you enjoy contemporary or classical music, dancing the night away, a flutter in the casino or watching a full-production theatre show, it's all happening on board.

A latte with friends at the Cova Café Milano, an energetic game of basketball, or a professional demonstration by one of our chefs - the day is yours to enjoy, join in, or just observe life on deck. Take in a film or shop in sophisticated style at our chic gallerias. The day is yours.

Elegant Nights

When the sun goes down, night-life on board ship is just beginning. Time for a cocktail in our Martini bar, then a West End-style show, some classic jazz and a movie. Or perhaps this is simply your favourite time to gaze at the night sky from the seclusion of your stateroom.
